Fred Lauf has worked with youth focusing on agriculture, the
environment, and outdoor recreation for nearly 30 years. Mr. Lauf has a
bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a
master's degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio,
Texas.  As the Cornell Cooperative Extension 4-H Youth Development
Program Leader for Dutchess County, New York, part of Mr. Lauf's  
responsibilities include supervising 4-H youth programming at the
Dutchess County Fair. Fred Lauf and his wife Molly also raise heritage
breed poultry for show and sale.
